I need to remember this interesting technique so let me write a blog post.

I read this on [Jason Lengstorf’s blog](https://astro.party/5-seconds-to-200-ms-durable-caching-for-astro-server-pages~o87a2).

Basically we can use [Netlify](https://flaviocopes.com/netlify/)’s Durable Caching to cache responses of Netlify’s serverless functions, shared across all edge nodes.

[Here’s the documentation about them on Netlify](https://docs.netlify.com/platform/caching/#durable-directive), and [a blog post on how to use them within Astro](https://developers.netlify.com/guides/how-to-do-advanced-caching-and-isr-with-astro/).
