The Valley of Code is back
Here’s the story: 2 years ago I launched a very cool site called “The Valley of Code”.
Lots of people liked that site very much.
It had great content (humbly), it had a good minimalist retro design, and all!
It was mostly free, but it had a pro version with paywalled content.
But after a while I decided to sunset it because I was managing too much stuff. The blog, my courses, my books, the site, etc. I was spreading myself too thin and I got overwhelmed.
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately and I pulled the plug: The Valley of Code is back.
And this time, I decided to go “all in” and move all my blog posts to this new domain with 301 Moved Permanently redirects. All of the 1700+ blog posts I wrote over the past 7 years.
Right now I brought back the old Valley as it was, plus all my blog posts, but the plan is to turn, over time, many of those blog posts into more organized units/lessons, and adding more of them.
What was now an unorganized chronological mess will find a new home on this new website.
This will take a lot of time because of the sheer amount of tutorials I wrote in the past, and the limited time I have to dedicate to this at the moment. But small steps at a time, this is the start of something good.
This blog now, going forward, is only for news and updates and in general pointing to everything I do, including books and courses.
All the freely available coding-related content is now on The Valley of Code, it is my #1 resource for anyone starting their coding career, and for everyone in need of a resource they can trust.
