I'm Flavio Copes. I'm 43, Italian, and I have a degree in computer engineering. I help people build software products, put them on the internet, and make a living from them.

I've been putting things on the internet since 1999. I wrote down the longer story of what I've built, including the products that worked and the ones that failed.

Over the years I've published 20+ programming ebooks, written 1,900+ posts and tutorials, organized 15+ courses, and created the AHA Stack.

These days I focus on teaching the technical side of building products in my Bootcamp, the advanced tools and complex developer workflows in the AI Workshop. In Ship Lab, I teach how to create your own software factory and move from indie maker to indie manager. In Solo Lab, I teach how to find customers, sell the work, and turn it into a sustainable independent business.
