Link Header Parser
Paste a Link header and list each target, relation type, and title. A relative target is resolved only when you give the response URL.
The header never leaves the browser. Nothing is uploaded. Only the base URL is stored in the URL, as ?base=.
A leading Link: is optional. A continuation line that starts with a space is joined. Files up to 1 MB open in the page. The page stops at 100,000 characters.

About this tool
An HTTP Link header is a list of targets and relation types, defined in RFC 8288. Each link-value starts with a URI in angle brackets. Parameters follow, separated by semicolons. Several link-values sit in one field, separated by commas. This page follows that list, including the examples in section 3.5.
rel is required. A target with no rel is not emitted. Several relation types in one rel become several links that share the target. Relation types are lowercased, including an extension URI. rev is kept and marked as deprecated.
title* is an RFC 8187 ext-value: charset, language, then percent-encoded bytes. UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1 are decoded. When bothtitle and title* are present, title*wins. A relative target stays as written until you type the response URL in the base field. That base is the only value stored in the page URL.
