About this tool
Type current subscribers, daily signups, monthly churn (% of the whole list), and optional signup growth. Each simulated month applies churn to everyone, adds new signups (compounding if growth is set), and rolls forward for 24 months.
It uses 30-day months for simplicity. Your ESP may report churn per send or per 30-day window — definitions differ, so treat the percentage as your best guess. With flat signups and positive churn, the list eventually plateaus where new signups roughly equal unsubscribes. Zero churn means no cap.
